Returns

  • Return Window: You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. The item must also be in the original packaging.
  • Non-Returnable Items: For health and safety reasons, certain products such as personal care items, opened or used products, or items marked as “final sale” are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
  • Return Process:

    2. We will provide you with instructions and a return address.
    3. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
  • Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective, damaged, or sent in error. Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or is defective, please contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement, exchange, or refund at no additional cost to you.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at [email protected].

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within 10 business days after approval:

  • Check your bank account again.
  • Contact your credit card company (it may take some time before your refund is officially posted).
  • Contact your bank.
