We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. No minimum purchase is required.
Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
- You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM (Pacific Time) will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Method & Delivery Time
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 7-14 business days.
- Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other factors beyond our control.
Shipping Locations
- We currently ship to addresses within the United States, excluding U.S. territories and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
- At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Order Tracking
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package.
- Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Undeliverable or Incorrect Addresses
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, you will be responsible for the reshipping costs.
Damaged or Lost Packages
- If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected] with your order number and photos of the damaged item(s). We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
- If your package is lost in transit, please reach out to us so we can assist in locating or replacing your order.
Shipping Restrictions
- Some health and safety products may be subject to shipping restrictions based on local regulations. If we are unable to ship a particular item to your location, we will notify you as soon as possible and issue a full refund for the affected item(s).
